Chris is a former Director of Marketing with Crown Valley Winery in Ste. Genevieve, Mo., and is credited with increasing distribution of Crown Valley's wines throughout the state, as well as developing its first professional-quality website design.

Cory Kleinschmidt co-founded Vino.com along with Chris Ruess in 2001, and it has grown to become one of the largest wine portals in the world. Cory also collaborated with Chris on MissouriWineCountry.com, the most comprehensive guide to Missouri wineries in the state of Missouri.
